Manual tools and accessories
Facial rollers, gua sha tools, makeup brushes, applicators, manicure tools, mirrors, organizers, and spa accessories must be unused, clean, complete, and returned in their original protective packaging.
Hygiene-sensitive items
For safety and hygiene, opened or used cleansing heads, cosmetic applicators, brushes, sponges, skin-contact accessories, and sealed personal-care products may not be eligible unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Electrical beauty devices
Eligible devices must include the original box, inserts, manuals, cables, attachments, protective films, and accessories. The item must be free from residue, impact damage, moisture exposure, and unauthorized modification.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or different from what you ordered, contact Beautiora within 7 days of delivery.

We will notify you after the return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the credit after Beautiora processes it.
Shipping costs and deductions
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility for preference-based returns. Items returned without approval, incomplete, used, or outside the stated conditions may be declined or subject to a reasonable deduction where permitted by law.
